It means that when you bought the ticket for the other cup game you informed them of YOUR fancard number and as such it is recorded on YOUR fancard database, as opposed to having a fancard and getting a ticket for one of the games from a mate or something, in which case you would have no credits on your fancard. NB. You don't need to contact them and you won't receive a letter you will have to wait for it to be announced on the website or in the press and then apply.
