One I love is the day before the European Cup Final at a press conference there's a great shot of Sami and Xabi glancing at the trophy.

I can still remember the game Keane played against us at Anfield for Forest in his last season there. He was about 21 and was the best player on the pitch by an absolute mile. Our lack of obvious interest in him (as it seemed anyway) at the time made me lose all faith in Sounness.

Anyone know anything about him beyond young Norwegian striker. He's quoted in one of the new London evenign rags today as saying he's had an offer from Spurs but is about to have trials at Bayern Munich and Liverpool too.

I suspect he's more than just the fittest player in our squad. My guess would be that Momo would beat anyone in the premier league at any distance between 5k and a marathon in a race.

Kuyt's movement in the box seems to me to be very, very good. He must be a nightmare to mark. It's a great relieft to see a forward running across defenders to the near post too. Last season I lost count in some games of the number of crosses on which no-one went near post. I love his hunger too. When Bellamy was played in down the left early in the game vs Newcastle Dirk was busting a gut to get there to support him.

He seems to have some kind of addiction to the word "football" - before player, team, club, match, league etc. Brian we all know what sport we are watching you buffoon. He really is awful. Is it possible to complain about him - my heart sinks when I hear him on. -

I thought he was quite good today. Our two best chances were things he basically made for himself and he should have had a penalty too. Unlke most I didn;t think he was that bad at Woodison either - again I thought he was probably our most dangerous player then. Sometimes I think people expect him to 10/10 every week.

I suspect that (unfortunately IMHO) Kuyt may start on the bench. I thought he looked very tired in the last half hour of the game on Tuesday night (not surprising given he'll behind some of the others on match fitness and he never stopped in the first half). The fact Rafa left him out there makes me think it unlikely he'll start on Sunday.

It's very badly written - be surprised if it's Winter. It's also more revealing than I'd expect a player to be - e.g. JAR is an insecure character etc
