A terminal at the ground or each steward could have a handheld device that checks the fancard for confirming/checking seat allocations. This will help out if someone is sat in your seat.

Outsource to a call-centre ticket agency, each ticket purchaser must have a fancard, or be signed up for a free fancard at point of sale. as access will be fancard only. Use a Ticket re-seller like viagogo (Mancs and chelsea just signed up) and you will have full houses for the majority of games. I doubt they'll ever go back to pay on the gate for the new stadium.

Just looking at those designs, it seems that we have "free space" in the stadium. I hope we can incorporate some kind of area for hanging our banners. The stadium would look awesome if all 4 corners could accomodate this. No doubt the club will plaster them with advertising / big screen tv's

They want £5M clear for themselves, then £2M for Arsenal (25% sell-on) and £1m to pay up his contract / agent fees? We'll never pay over £7M for a relegated player.

He funded the building of the Centenary though underwriting a share issue IIRC. How much could be raised by doing a share split and offering the rest of the retained capital onto the exisiting share market? edit: obviously at current market rates, split one existing share into 4 1k ones.

Anderlecht was a farce, people being kept behind the gate when they were holding tickets for others. After the match the subway station was an accident waiting to happen forcing so many people in and down one escalator, crowd control using dogs etc.
