Hmmmm, this is a difficult subject to discuss since we don't know how they are on the training ground. We gave Kewell a lot of stick, but Rafa kept faith in him and he came good. Perhaps the same will happen to Nando? Cisse is a different thing though, if Rafa doesn't rate him then why did he sanction the deal? If he does rate him, then what as exactly... A winger, a front man or a substitute? I personally would play Cisse for a run of games as a main striker, alongside Fowler or Crouch...but that is my preference, I will trust Rafa to do what he is good at.

That's what I heard too. I hope it isn't true though, he doesn't need this on top of everything else this season.

...for the reserve team squad and hence the future, he is worth looking at surely. I have seen enough after 20 mins (Sky Sports 2) to see that he has a great future. He is big and strong, and also very intelligent...twice the player Mellor is. He holds the ball up well and he has just scored a peach of a goal. I have followed his progress this season and last, since I am a Taff, he is a bit of a cult hero down there. This is the fella who owns his own image rights! Anyone else see the benefits of looking at this lad for Liverpool?

He made such a big deal of it, it was unbelievable. He kept saying that his behaviour warranted an FA ban of three matches etc...the guy is just a Liverpool fan, frustrated at conceding a late goal to lose the game. He doesn't help our cause when he behaves in this way...good commentator that he is.

He did nothing wrong. He loves his club, he had seen his club beat the "enemy". I would expect Gerrard or Carra to react the same way. Alan Green's reaction was shocking and childish.

On paper, they have a weaker midfield than us, but I always hate going into games against them and Everton feeling too confident. They will be really up for this and we need to give them total respect and play to beat them from the first whistle. Anything less and they will bully us until they score and then sit and defend, like they did against Chelsea.
