his value depreciates over his 5 years of his contract. So on July 1 2005 he was worth 10.5m. July 1 2006 he's worth 7m and so on till in July 2009 he's worth zero. So with that in mind, you could say we've made a profit.

villa don't really want to sell or at least if they do want to sell, they want to make a profit. so if someone offers 7m, they probably go fu(k it, we might as well keep him. but last i read on it, the deal fell through because hamburg wouldn't pay 8m.

i agree the badge with the flame could be copyrighted, but i believe the liverbird/LFC design probably could too. it's really no different to what england have done, taking the traditional 3 lions english crest and just writing ENGLAND above it.

i don't see copyright having that much to do with it. they use the traditional liverbird/LFC design on plenty of other merchandise.

i thought this was an appeal, because he failed to meet the initial criteria of 75% of games for a top 70 ranked country.

and i'd have also though if that's the case he'll know he should ignore the echo is it's just LFC propaganda.

i thought the hearing was wednesday gone (it was according to the echo). the the panel have all their evidence and they are now considering it. i don't see how they can start including something that is in the press now after the hearing. the decision has to be made on the information available to them earlier this week.

i heard he walked out of the meeting with moyes before it was even finished, moyes was only interested in giving it the school teacher line, telling him what he was and wasn't allowed to do. he then presented him with a list outlining it, in case being told off wasn't enough. they never spoke about football and bellamy walked out.

very true. did you see ferdinands interview over the weekend, where they asked him was there a plan to hit it long to crouch? .. he said no, he knows he shouldn't do it, but when he sees someone the size of crouch he can't help it. i find it amazing that footballers who are supposed to be the amongst absolute best there is on the planet, only have one thing they can do when they play with a big man up front .. i know i'll give it a hoof. but it's all crouchies fault.
