That’s good to hear. If we aren’t breaking the rules and we are spending what we earn on wages (and agent fees), loan repayments, and purchases, then at least we’ve got that part right. Haven’t we? We just need to work out how to keep doing that while creating a strategy and the structure that allows us to be successful while only spending what we earn. I think we’ve tried to do that but we’ve got some way to go. It doesn’t help that other clubs are playing a completely different game - it means we have to be way better doing what we do.

I thought all advertising hoardings were single rows and only appear to be double rows because the TV broadcaster virtually marks out an area to display advertisements. Region specific ads are then blended in at broadcast, and cover the area marked out by the TV company. I assumed that where it looks like a second row, it is really an ad being displayed over someone sat in the crowd.
