If that happens, the press will have their source and there will be a whole run of press stories and insider exclusives, none of which will be positive, and they'll have their very own bitter mouthpiece for whatever nonsence they want to run this week, be it rotation, Gerrard, zonal marking, foreigners etc. Keep your friends close, and keep your enemies closer. If a takeover doesn't force the issue, 'persuade' him to resign at the end of the season for personal reasons. If not Moores could just vote him off the board.
