    When we signed him he had been their best midfielder and they had just won the Champions League. He was voted in the UEFA team of the year and the FIFA World 11 in 2020. So, probably not.

    There is no way Ronaldo doesn't start, unless he is injured. Far too much of a gamble for Solskjaer politically. He would get destroyed by fans, press etc if they lost and he didn't start.

    He was brilliant for Celtic for a while and then totally sacked it off for the last season or so as he was obviously angling for a move. It was actually appalling how bad/disinterested he was and it definitely affected his price tag.
