We wont be signing the top players this summer, we need an eye for a player and a manager that can spot real talent (Alonso, Reina, Agger, Skrtel, Torres, Mascherano, Lucas) and allow it to flourish. I'd love to see Rafa without the ownership baggage in the summer (IF KENNY LEAVES) because it is a job that is made for him. Yes there are better candidates out there but none that would come. Personally, I'd rather Kenny stayed, I don't think this project is beyond repair, but if he steps down Rafa is the best AVAILABLE candidate based on CV, fit, age, and most other criteria.
