  1. The owners wanted Kenny though. There is no proof but I am 100% convinced that they offered him DOF in Boston and he refused. Why fly someone to Boston just to sack them? 2. I thought you had reservations with LVG as a DOF not as a manager.
  3. Straight choice in summer 2012. Van Gaal or Rodgers as manager. Who do you choose?
  4. I'd like the Chelsea manager please, or that Dutch bloke with massive balls
  5. We have the best player in the league in our side. We should not be 12th
  6. I don't want him sacked but likewise I don't want to have to toe the line of agreeing that everything is going ok. It isn't it's badly broke, Rodgers needs to fix it and I'm not sure he can because I don't think he has the experience and he wont have the money and I believe you need one or the other. So, in a nutshell, I am extremely f***ed off at being the butt of the 'you used to be a big club' jokes because the board are f***ing it all up, albeit, in less nefarious fashion than the last lot. It we don't buy/loan at least three attacking minded players in January I will be livid as a cut snake. If it ends on Friday though he will feel like such a t*** saving all that money for nowt.
  7. Agree, so the question is, why is a man that inexperienced single handedly running the good ship LFC. It doesn't make any sense to me from a footballing perspective.
  8. Yeah, we did, but not at the expense of the strikers. We sold Torres and replaced him. If the replacement isn't deemed good enough then we have to replace him and with all due respect Borini isn't a Carroll replacement. So we have to replace Carroll and then we come to Maxi, Dirk and Bellamy. Borini for Maxi at a push, so that leaves us two attacking options down. Lucas, Gerrard, Spearing, Shelvey was enough for two spots. Strikers/Attacking midfielders should have been our number one priority. And I am talking first choice walk into the side calibre. Massive balls up if he spent £26m on Borini and Allen and knew that was all the funds he had coming.
  9. Maybe he shouldn't have spent £15m on Joe Allen and spent that on a striker instead. When he knew he was losing Bellamy, Kuyt and Maxi, which was pretty much from the off. I wasn't sad to see any of them go, I was sad to see us spend £26m send a forward on loan and then only have one fit striker. I think the manager has to take responsibility for that. He got done on Carroll but he should have brought in two strikers by that point already. You can argue Borini was one but where was the other, before losing Carrol we needed another striker.
  10. Aye. MOTD were banging on about the backheel, but why did the centre of our defence part like the red sea?
  11. A couple of games this season. I thought we were outstanding against Man City, was really really excited about our prospects.
  12. What annoys me is being told that not losing in 8 games is a decent little run and that to expect more wins than 3 in 13 games I am being unreasonable. We are a mid table side playing mid table football, yes we can pass it about nice but we can also concede soft goals, look world beaters one week and hopeless the next. When was the last time we conceded 3 goals to a team outside the top half of the table at Anfield. f***ing shocking state of affairs.

  14. Spurs offered £30m and were told it was an insult. We paid the market rate for Carroll, he was flavour of the month when we bought it.

  19. He won the f***ing Ballon D'or scoring 41 goals in 45 games in 2001. His career ended when he came back too early to play for England in 2006 and f***ed himself right up. Massive massive t*** blaming Liverpool for all this.
