  1. It's just bizarre, every time he plays one of those killer through balls I have to convince myself that he isn't being recalled in May.
  2. This content is not viewable to guests.,This content is not viewable to guests.
  3. I'm still staggered that he is actually ours, not on loan, actually owned by us. What the hell were Inter thinking?
  4. Sorry, missed that, still the same but he's got them to 2 cup semi finals and kept them in the hunt for the CL. Done a decent job, reduced Terry and Lampard to bit part players. Not stellar but far from a failure. I dislike the constant snide digs at the man, I like to see him proving these people wrong.
  5. I'm happy that people have stopped mocking Rafa on here, I'm happy that Rafa has proved the Chelsea fans wrong. It makes f*** all difference to me which of Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs are in the CL. So I am pleased for Rafa. Yeah course that's it. Carralegend, in his feeble brain, seems to connect wanting Rafa to do well, but not at the expense of Liverpool, and not being convinced about Brendan Rodgers with not being a true fan. He's a hypocrite anyway as his reaction to Rodgers being linked was 'f*** off with this s***'. I just haven't changed my initial position. I go as much as I can. I recorded the game, you really are a tedious bell.
  6. Still peddling your lies and half truths I see. I'm going Sunday, where are you watching it?

    RIP
  8. Nice but twas Bob who said that
  9. Just that complete inexperience, which is what we have, is less likely to bring success and if it does it is more likely to be through chance than through judgement.
  10. So third with a game in hand, f***ed this right up hasn't he.
  11. In your opinion, who is a better choice LVG or Brendan Rodgers. The criteria, the best manager for LFC in May 2012. Time starts ....... NOW
  12. They are s*** c**** whatever happens, they have proved it.
  13. Apart from Van Gaal of course, it's pretty clear from the below that had we asked him he would have taken the job. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/liverpool-louis-van-gaal-on-how-1251068 http://metro.co.uk/2012/05/28/louis-van-gaal-says-hes-joining-liverpool-as-martinez-considers-offer-447477/ http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/may/22/louis-van-gaal-liverpool and then we had http://www.theweek.co.uk/football/liverpool-manager/47178/rodgers-favourite-liverpool-job-van-gaals-chances-fade "[His] chances of an Anfield role have receded significantly as FSG have continued their structural review. It was swiftly established Roberto Martinez and Rodgers would refuse to work under Van Gaal if he was sporting director. The Dutchman's dictatorial reputation and determination to impose his own imprint on how the club is run would make it impossible for a young manager to assert his influence."
  14. FSG said that they were being advised in their hunt for a new manager and backroom structure, I reckon Parry would have said working with Rafa would be too much trouble and so they swerved him. Exactly but I bet he wouldn't recommend Rafa having worked with him.
  15. This is where the smoking gun 'advisor' lurks in my view.
  16. John Henry's open letter was phrased such that it gave the impression they were prepared to write the season off, on September the 1st. Christ that's grim read with hindsight http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/latest-news/john-henry-s-open-letter-to-fans
  17. He had the potential to get us involved if he'd stayed as he had already alienated key players. Torres would still have left and there would have been less of a feel good factor going into February.
  18. Kenny was available. There was a real risk that we would end up in a relegation battle, he had us 17th at one point.
  19. It's baffling to me, why would you want the club to persist with a manager who is clearly not going to take the club in the right direction for a second longer than is necessary?
  20. They bowed to fan pressure on Kenny? What fan pressure? Kenny for Hodgson was perfect, revitalised the club and we had top 4 form for 12 months. The mistake was giving Kenny the gig if they didn't want Kenny, they had that summer to say, fantastically done Kenny lad, you bailed us out but we want to put our plans in motion now. They have made wrong move after wrong move and I don't trust them. Rodgers I am meh on, I see good signs but I wonder how Kenny would have faired with the leagues top scorer being available for 30 games. I don't see any real progress and I don't think we have another 12 months to think about it. No top 4 next season and Suarez is gone, Gerrard will be drawing his pension, will Coutinho stick around, will Sturridge? No, it's not questionable, Hodgson was not fit to manage LFC, not in ability, in CV, or as it transpired on a personal level. He stood out like his c**k (allegedly). He was a wrong 'un. Knox says that yellow jumper did actually spot Hodgson was a fraud so why he wanted to give him 3 more months is baffling but different.
  21. Really, if someone couldn't spot that Hodgson was a wrong 'un then why should we trust their opinion on Rodgers? I'm not convinced on Rodgers, I was certain on Hodgson, absolutely f***ing nailed on certain.

I doubt we will be hearing much more from Mr Kelly this decade, get back in your f***ing box you complicit little toe rag. Fabulous stuff from Kenny
  23. You wanted to give Hodgson the full season, after watching us play under Hodgson. To me this says your opinion is not one to rely on in matters of determining if someone is up to the job of being LFC manager.
  24. As you called that so horrendously wrong why should be trust your judgement now?
  25. No, but the standard of the top 5 is higher than it's ever been. It used to be a top 3, we made it a top 4, briefly, then City made it a top 4 after us and now Spurs have made it a top 5. It's more a top 2 and next 3 but those 5 are strong. The standard at the very top may have dropped but it's tougher to get in the CL than it has ever been.
