My thinking is that the presence of the clause is the issue not what it says. If the player believes it is a clause to get him a transfer even if the club reject the offer they will have a very dissatisfied player. Having a clause like that is, IMO, the club saying, if you want to go and we get an offer of this amount we wont stop you.

Nor me, if we can't attract a Mkhitarin we can't afford to lose a Suarez but I think his mind is made up so I'm not convinced keeping a player who is prepared to go to f***ing Arsenal is in the best interests of the club. I hope BR did say he would walk if we sold Suarez to Arsenal, I would have a lot of respect for him for putting himself on the line like that. I am so bored of this, roll on September 1st.

It would be if I meant it to be taken seriously. I did say possibly true in the sentence below. He is a little s*** if he signs for Arsenal. I'll stand by that one.

This is starting to make sense, Arsenal want to flush other bidders out for Suarez to get Madrid to sell them Higuain sooner. Or Luis Suarez is beneath scum and would actually sign for Arsenal. One of these statements is possibly true.

Mark Gonzales, Sean Dundee, Andrey Voronin, the fella from Belgium that Rafa bought Do you people learn nothing. Signing Aspas is like signing Jay Rodriguez and Luis Alberto is a talented kid. I'd be delighted if eaither contributes as much as Downing did last season. Just less of the s***housing and unwillingness to attack a fullback would be welcome.
