Can't help feeling you missed an even more refined pun there

Citeh clearly better in the first half (even with missed chances to equalize via Mo)...feared missed transfer window narrative was set to be proved true. However, in the second half we by and large battered them, 1-1 at FT was the least we deserved. Despite the eventual penalty lottery loss, we know we will go toe to toe with them. Felt like they needed the validation of the (worthless penalty) victory more than we did.
