  1. Romano: All details of Virgil van Dijk’s new deal are agreed and documents have been approved by lawyers. Next step: official statement. #LFC
  2. Paul Joyce: Virgil van Dijk will put pen to paper on a two-year deal in the coming days and will almost certainly be the best-paid centre back in the world.
  3. No Idea, i'm only here to pass positive news regardless of how crap the source is
  4. @Sean_OConnor8 Apr 10 EXCLUSIVE Liverpool are closing in on the signing of Milos Kerkez Kerkez has agreed personal terms with Liverpool and is extremely keen on a move to Merseyside this summer Liverpool have held talks with Bournemouth with talks progressing well however aren’t fully agreed yet Liverpool hope to get a deal done very early in the summer like they did when signing Alexis MacAllister from Brighton 2 years ago
  5. NEW: Liverpool have strong interest in Dean Huijsen, they are firmly in the mix. [@David_Ornstein] Liverpool are already looking in the striker department, let’s see if Nunez does leave, I think that’s a distinct possibility this summer. We have talked about Isak in the past, whether or not that happens, they will have other players on their list.” [@David_Ornstein] . @David_Ornstein: "I think given the Konate contract situation, you know, if somebody like Hujisen came in, I know he's only 19, but we've seen the quality that he possesses for Bournemouth and the Spain national team, I think he would start alongside van Dijk. So we'll see how that one goes."
  6. he's similar to Diaz
  7. On a side note, Simon Hughes continues to be a massive tart ''Previously, Klopp liked to cast himself as the underdog but Slot was the opposite: Liverpool were a global superpower who should be winning trophies. Salah respected that attitude. Whereas Klopp had regularly complained about the demanding fixture schedule, Slot seemed to relish it. There were no excuses — it was all on the manager, the staff and the players to find solutions.''
  8. That's why its a risk but a risk worth taking in my opinion. there haven't been many talented players at 19 in his position in recent years, who have handled the league well enough considering its his first season here and who have his ability. There's a reason why everyone and their mother is looking to sign him.
  9. It's worth taking a risk, he's 19 years old, you can fix those issues. What you can't fix is ball playing ability which he has in abundance.
  10. Agreed, and as much as I didn' tlike Diaz as the 9, I'd rather we go back to that and hope cody plasy into form on the left, than persist with Jota or Nunez up front.
  11. Don't know but Ornstein also reported the same yesterday, so it seems to be the same message by a few journos now.
  12. Liverpool are interested in Dean Hujisen. They have held talks with his camp in the last week. They are also willing to trigger the £50m clause to do a deal. A move to another club in the PL appears the most likely outcome. @alex_crook
  13. Well done Hughes Virgil will sign next week supposedly Hope Mo retires here along with Virgil
  14. Robbo will.
  15. Exactly.
  16. Ornstein Yes, I now understand that Liverpool are among the clubs with a firm interest in Dean Huijsen. This has been reported elsewhere and is accurate. Chelsea have enquired and Arsenal are in the mix, too. At the moment those are perhaps the three leading contenders but not the only ones, with Newcastle and Tottenham also keen. I believe they have all held meetings or conversations with Huijsen's camp in the last week but I'm not aware of offers being made just yet, so the direction of travel remains unclear. It has been well documented that Real Madrid held great appeal for Huijsen growing up and they do like him, but I don't know of them actively working on it and therefore - at the time of writing - it looks most probable he will join another Premier League club. I think there's a desire on the part of Bournemouth and the player to have this situation decided asap.
  17. Who sent you my personal IG page
  18. Thank you kindly for confirming that for me, I wouldn't have known otherwise had you not pointed that out. Next you'll tell me that the sky is blue, but don't fret, I know that already.
  19. I on the other hand do not. We've waited over 30 years to win a league title, we did, covid happened, couldn't celebrate like we would have it, also got robbed by Abu Dhabi FC on numerous occasions, and from further cementing our success under Jurgen with 97 and 92 point seasons, and now we have a chance to win our 2nd league title in 5 years, and it feels ''underwhelming''? I don't get that. 20th league title, equaling the Mancs. there's nothing underwhelming what so ever about that.
  20. Nutters the lot of you
  21. Move on then to someone else.
  22. Yes they have, but they've also been in a final before, so unless he gets them there, and wins it.... They are more of a team now than they ever been before
  23. Dembele is having a world class season but he's been crap tonight Mendes with a fantastic finish
  24. They made the semi's last year, that would have helped them experience wise [most of the team is still here this season]. It's not like Arsenal are filled with experience themselves.
  25. Right, only spent 100's of millions of pounds on all the top young talent
