  1. Yeah that was really annoying but not half as infuriating when Salah skied the rebound from 3 yards after Onana parried Diaz's effort straight to him (granted he had to take it on his weaker foot) but it's still a criminal miss. All in all a very bad day at the office for the front 3 (4 if you include Szobo), couldn't have turned out much worst if they tried.
  2. The ball should never have fallen to him in that 5v2, it was f***ing brain dead from Diaz trying to pick him out from there and the pass was f***ing tragic, made it almost impossible to score from that angle......like Dom first half where he picked the wrong option to slip Bradley in, was screaming at him to just f***ing shoot. Set up for both of you on your stronger foot, f***ing leather it across goal.
  3. He doesn't have the pace, power or trickery to beat a man down the outside so coming inside is his best route and opens up options and essentially what he models his game on, plus his best trait just so happens to be those clipped balls over the top.
  4. Few quiet games in a row now, done some good work outside the box in build up phases and puts his shift in defensively (saw him winning the ball back and drawing a foul in the LB area, I was like that can't be our Darwin surely) but not been his usual threatening self inside the box, the flicked header to Diaz was as good as it got for him today. He's still a big part of this team going forward and is gonna have a big hand in us being able to win the title.
  5. How many more times does Harvey need to outshine him in his cameos to get ahead of him?
  6. If you didn't know the score between the 2 games over the 300mins we've played this season and just assessed the general play of the 2 teams, you'd say we were 50 maybe 51 levels above them. We should be pumping these back to Bergamo, no ifs or buts about it. Leverkusen is the only tricky side that on their day can match us. Nothing else to fear in this competition.
  7. Legend for everything he's given but this summer it's time to cash in. Rather lose him now for 100-150m than nothing in 12 months time. We've shown during his spell out we're not exactly goal shy when we don't have him. Give us that rebuilding money Saudi.
  8. Atalanta are s***. Basically the Italian Utd except they don't really have that added incentive to play 10000000x better against us than they would any other team. Put out a strong team and let's go 1 step closer to winning this mother f***ing thing. Kelleher Gomez Konate Virgil Tsimikas Endo Harvey Jones Salah Nunez Gakpo
  9. He was horrendous today, squandered at least 3 big chances. Seems to have gone very one dimensional, pick up the ball and drive. Where has all his good work from earlier in the season gone? The work out wide? Not seen any of it lately since the Chelsea thumping and it's not as if the injury is affecting his play.
  10. Yeah.......the Mac Allister 1 was defo better.
  11. Comes alive on the left, especially backed up by Robbo. Centrally he just looks lost. Pleased for him.
  12. Ibou's a very lucky man to have come away from that injury free, on another day that's him on the sidelines for 3-4 months.
  13. Been well off it ever since the Chelsea game (might've picked up the injury in that game). I'd be starting Harvey over him at this moment, gives us the same energy and work rate whilst looking more likely to create.
  14. Kelleher Bradley Konate Virgil Robbo Endo Mac Harvey Salah Nunez Diaz
  15. Dunno about that but he's definitely not 1 to overcommitting himself but the guy that goes in harder into 50/50s doesn't necessarily always come out on top.
  16. Glorious footballer. Stop that Lucho.
  17. Doesn't look like he knows what he's supposed to be doing when he's on the pitch, a lot of his performances are the same and he gets criticised for the same things time and time again.......either goes into his shell or marks himself out the game. The ability is there and he is still a very young lad, so let's see what the future holds under the new man.
  18. I'd say he's up there, probably even in the top 3 but it's hard to look past Bellingham right now. Bellingham, Mbappe then possibly Foden. Despite their poor season so far you can't exclude Kane out the conversation either.
  19. Endo is a prime example that there are more than good enough players out there at lesser clubs, who aren't known to every man and his dog, ready to make the next step and for whatever reason haven't had the opportunity to make it. I simply put it down to the number of top clubs to number of players such as Endo ratio.
  20. Hang on a sec. Is Quansah a nailed on starter tonight? Have I missed something?
  21. Ali yes. Trent? Mmh. I'm keeping Bradley in.
  22. I'm not too worried about GD and I expect Arsenal to beat Luton well, they can rack up the GD all they like, this title isn't being decided by that. We've also put both Brentford and Bournemouth to the sword at their place, and have scored 4+ a few more times in Europe and the cups.
  23. That Antonio chance when he had the luck of the bounce.........truly shocking. Remarkable how West Ham have been sat in 7th for so long, their football is utter turd and with the players they have really ought to be putting on more of a spectacle for their fans.
  24. They have some incredibly injury prone defenders.....maybe only 2nd to us. This is like the 3rd time this season Martinez has ended up back on the shelf after coming back for a week or 2.
