Needs to start some players that aren’t actually f***ed. I get the play your best players but most of the guys have played so much this season it’s clearly massively caught up now. Bar a couple of positions there’s been little rotation.

Diaz doesn’t do much anymore does he. Just runs towards defenders. Stops then plays it back. Need 3 changes asap

Terrible half all over the pitch.

It’s a good squad. Albeit a bit flawed. No significant investment for a while. New manager. New style of play. This seasons been a bonus if we’re being honest. I bet most of us would have taken 4th last August. This summer coming is massive though. And it hugely depends on if we need to replace Salah, VVD and Trent. If this is the case you’d imagine thats our budget gone knowing FSG replacing these 3 positions, without knowing if we’re getting any upgrades or similar state players. It’s just like for like. If 2/3 decide to stay we could improve In 3 areas which could make a huge difference eg a better LB, a new CB, a DCM/ ACMor striker etc. so much depends on the contracts. in an ideal world really we only need to lose a LB, a CM and Nunez to generate money/free spaces for what would really improve us.

Maybe not but surely a bit of fresh legs & ideas is better than players who have probably run 40k over the last few games in a week or so and are mentally & physically exhausted.
