I agree with that. No time this window anyway. I think he'd start thinking about a better back up or long term replacements if Alisson gets injured more regularly.

That was a one off at the time. If it keeps happening it's a different situation. Getting injured once is fair enough. Getting injured for 8 weeks a season every season as a keeper is a big enough deal. But it's not happened yet.
Why? It's a hypothetical situation, I doubt he'll have thought about it unless Alisson starts picking up more injuries. We've been linked with keepers since Adrian joined. Could be agents using us tbf.

No.2 keepers should play 2 or 3 times a season in the league. If Alisson is out for 6 weeks, after having 2 spells out totalling about 10-15 games then we need a better back up.
That was for 8 games at the start of his Liverpool career. He also made an awful mistake against Southampton while in good form. I wouldn't trust him to play for 6 weeks.
