I understand being annoyed we lost but I don’t get the general angst. We are 11 clear with 7 to go. That’s insane. It’s a miracle season and everything the gaffer has done has obviously been correct if you allow for the fact we weren’t going to get 114 points

I was going to put a note in his thread for the lad but hopefully he just reads this. I really think he could be some player.

They feel like the obviously massive moments. Especially the Jota one. If you are going to hinge the game on incidents then it is clearly them.

What were their walkaways? They had that 100 point season which was outstanding. They came from behind in that genuine Covid season and had it sealed pretty quickly. There was that Arsenal collapse but they won the treble right? That might be why. That and the fact that people think they are the real deal. Lot’s of Liverpool fans don’t think we are and are wary of this dreadful incarnation of Arsenal catching us. You literally can’t have that and then want everyone else to turn around and think you are amazing.

Yes but it’s amazing how quickly the blame and frustration gets directed to him. I swear the are sighs of relief when he comes on as there is a distraction to launch the frustration at.

That first half was the worst of Slotball combined with the tendency of some of ours to play like they don’t need to exert themselves because they are so superior. If everyone played with the urgency of Bradley (Harvey, Chiesa and Diaz too tbf) then we would always be alright.

Add that ref to the list. There’s less hope when you see a youngish new face but he was gash. VAr too for what it’s worth.
