    Or give ourself less work in the summer by getting someone in now. Summer should be busy No Slot doesn't rate Endo, or not as a regular starter anyway. He hasn't told me this directly to be clear, I'm joining dots based on that he never starts him in important games and that Slot clearly has a different idea about the role of a 6 and the skillset they should have. So I'd like him to have options that suit this

    Midfield's the worry. We've got Grav and Mac doing the heavy lifting, Jones as cover who's injury prone and the a drop off to Endo, who Slot doesn't rate. After that we're down to the kids There would be absolutely no harm in getting another one in. Same could be argued at CB given we could lose one or two in the summer

    I don't reckon it was a red, but the reaction is way OTT. It was somewhere between a cynical trio and a wild hack, so I can see why the ref gave it live. And then you're relying on Darren England to do his job...

    Depends on the positions of the players signed doesn't it? I'd want a CB and a midfielder, so Quansah and Endo. Also would have no issue in Chiesa kissing out given he still can't start a game Ultimately though, it's about covering for injuries and buying players better than our current ones to strengthen the squad

    Good that, felt like we were in second gear but still put away a decent team who seemed well set up Gives us the opportunity to rest players next week Jones potential injury the only downside
