I got stick a while back for saying these yanks aren't a great deal better than the previous lot but they are beginning to show their colours. American businessmen only want to buy football clubs to make money. There is not a single yank owner that is revered in this country. Lerner, Glazer, H&G (previously), all reviled. This lot will soon follow and they are already testing our patience. I for one will not ludicrously hail them as our saviours as some deluded fans see them.

Not even a question, possibly the greatest man ever to have represented the club. His legend will not wane due to this and it's just sad that he's been kicked out like this.

Very sad end to Kenny's reign. He should have gotten at least another season, he earned at least that much.

We still finished 5th in Rafa's first season, in which was a seriously transitional period. And he managed to win the CL. Kenny had a 6 month head start on this first full season, bought in his own players and we've had our worst season in decades. So I wouldn't use Rafa as a barometer for Kenny here because he doesn't measure up when comparing like for like. But I agree that we should see an improvement next season. Might be a bit of blind faith but I also cannot believe we can ever be as bad as we've been this season.

Huge risk. Would be Woy all over again. We need someone proven in winning trophies and challenging the very top sides, not managers accustomed only to battling relegation.

Wow, Bolton were well hard done by. Neither Stoke goals should have stood IMO, unlucky Bolton. But they were s*** and probably deserve to go down but would've preferred QPR and Hughes to f*** off back down to the Championship.

QPR only need a draw right? I don't think it's out of the question for QPR to hold City to a draw. They will defend for their lives and Hughes would definitely want one over City for the way they treated him.

Why even say it? It's not like black footballers go out on the field and call white players "whitey" or whatever the Spanish equivalent is (or do they?). I don't understand the need to mention colour at all.
