We should have held on to Meireles. I still don't know the exact reasons why he left but we'd be so much better with him in the team than Adam or Henderson. Maybe it simply wasn't possible to keep him or perhaps he just badly wanted out, whatever the reason I wish he was still here, could use some of his quality right about now.

A 6th place finish is not acceptable at all. Not considering the money we've spent over the past 12 months, and also we are not involved in any European distractions either so we have no excuse. If we don't finish in the top 4 I don't think the owners are going to be happy at all.
