Right, because I don't think this novice is worthy of the Liverpool job that makes me a wind-up or "definitely not a Liverpool fan"? Some stupid reasoning there. I wasn't happy with the Hodgson appointment either and nor were many other fans at the time. Guess they weren't real fans either.

These are sad times for Liverpool FC. We have practically given up our standing as a top club. The next few years we will remain a mid-table team until we have owners that have vision and ambition to appoint a manager that wants to be successful.

You'd think so, but we have fallen so far there are people here getting their knickers wet over the prospect of "B-Rod" becoming our next manager.

Why the club wants to hire LVG as DoF is baffling to me. Surely he would be more suited as manager? He's only won everything imaginable at club level. Our owners would rather give him a bureaucratic role. Strange.

Don't get suckered in by yet another flavour of the month. I'm tipping the Swans to be relegated next season assuming Rodgers remains there. Both he and Martinez, like Hodgson before, are not worthy of the role as Liverpool manager and will fail miserably. The yanks should hang their heads in shame for treating the club so disdainfully. We've got another Randy Lerner in charge, that's what Henry is turning out to be. Wants only a cash cow (with a yes-man as manager), with no serious ambition and will bleed us until we are no longer profitable.

Barry to miss Euro 2012. Woy has elected to replace him with a centre-half, Jagielka. Had Carrick not sulked and told Woy he didn't want to be on stand-by he might have been Barry's replacement. Oh well.

This Hazard better be the best player this league has ever seen, considering the amount of press speculation this lad has had in this country.

Owen is such a dick. Instead of signing on at United last year he could've gone to a mid-table club, scored some goals and would've been in with a shout for the England team, considering England were short of strikers. I'm sure both Jewell and Fat Head have a better record than Martinez as Wigan managers.
