Lallana easily. More mobile, better defensively and better at finding space and creating space. Shakiri might be a more accurate shooter of the ball though.

You know who we should target from the Spurs? Vertonghen. Him and Suarez go back, and he is a world class defender who just had a subdued season compared to his previous one. Would just destroy Spurs fans after their big hopes from last summer....

Reus is one of the very best. But Dortmund don't need to sell. They are already qualified for Champions League next year, plus they are losing Lewandowski this summer. Unless they decide on a complete rebuilding effort I don't see them selling him.

Actually it has nothing to do with Liverpool, it is a shout out to his friends at home. Cissokho comes form Loir-et-Cher which is department no. 41 in France. It's a common thing for young French guy to do when they want to "rep" their town.

If there is one player we should try to get off Madrid, were it to come to this, it should be Modric. One of the few truly world class players in that squad (instead of the Di Marias and Higuains being mentioned)

Not that I was desperate to get him in as some others on here, but it's funny that Mkhitaryan has already opened his account with Borussia Dortmund. They lead away at Basel through Reus and Micky 0-2 as we speak.

Some people are really losing their nerve. Look he is a Liverpool player, he has signed a long term contract, he hasn't said anything more dramatic than Reina has said this very summer, he is home and having a lot more media time than he would in this country. Let's not shoot ourselves in the foot, because we fear being snubbed or 'disrespected' by one of our own.

I would sell him immediately while the memory of him being useful is still fresh in the mind of opposing managers. If we can get 5-6m for him at his age then we can buy a world class young right winger to take us forward. (Who knows maybe even go all in and try to land Reus, now that his best friend is leaving Dortmund).
