I don't know if he's seen the plans. The guy that is working on the drainage and civils is Andrew M Swift. His stuff tallys with what a few others have seen and the graun article exactly.

Yes. Main stand will finish then onto Anny Road. The guy on Rawk says they are looking into lengthening the pitch a couple of metres but that would be a full rebuild rather than a build on top of it job for the anny road.

The roof is being taken off and then 2 more tiers added. So the paddock and main stand seats will remain, but reconfigured. That way no full rebuild = no loss of seats. The guy on RAWK is working on the plans. The new stand will be ENORMOUS.

Its 6 houses need for the stadium redevelopment. The remaining are for the councils more broad ranging plans. I'd assume once they have the 6 we will see the stadium redevelopment plan. As they've probably been done for ages but can't be shown as they involve demolishing houses they don't yet own. Hopefully the CPOs won't take two long. Now the landlords know they will eventually lose them they will probably deal.
