The latest news on Lothair Road was two unoccupied houses owned by non local landlords. The plans i have seen have the road closed. Not bridged.

They can fill the corners by building towers behind. (Think Dortmund/mill stad) which in turn hold up the roof. Not trivial but can be done. The corner in fils are on the radar but won't be done until long after the two new stands are open and paying for themselves.

It certainly looks like it considering they rendered all the other buildings in the area.

Issues with the road are the problems with that. There were also right of light issues with some of the houses. But afaik they're either gone or scheduled to be demolished. They might realistically be able to add seats at the back to flatten it out. But it would be a huge job needing a new roof for not many seats. After these two stands are done they'll likely add more corner seating between them. We'll probably hit maybe 60k once that is done. The Kemlyn is a no go for expansion. Skerries road was done up so they're not going to demolish it. And they can't add another tier to it even then as the rake would have to be too steep or people in the top tier couldn't see the near side of the pitch.

Plans have leaked on Raotl.

There is talk that the plan's may be shown next week.

There isn't an IF involved it just won't happen.

The last I heard. There are two landlords of derelicts on Lothair Rd who re holding out for a better deal. So the council may have to CPO. The plans are basically done with an eye for submission in April but the issue with these two houses may stall it. Quite a few people have seen the plans. Its pretty much and open secret now. With respect to the centenary stand. It becomes a problem going above 60k as there are a whole load of additional transport implications that would need to be met. That along with it being boxed in means An field I'll likely not go past 58-59k for a long time.

If Spurs win the Europa league they qualify for the champions league right? Does that also mean that 4th place is lost ala if a team outside the top 4 wins the champions league? Edit: oh apparently that's not until next season. Carry on.

58k is Main Stand and Anny Road AFAIK. Anything after that is more long term as they will need to fulfil more traffic stuff to go over 60k. Also i don't know where the last 6k would be? Expanding the Kop? They can't do anything with the Centenary as the houses behind are occupied.
