    Get forwards that regularly score goals and Mo won’t get all the attention from opposition defenders. Think we’ve seen a bit of a decline in Mo as everyone else seemed to dry up too.

    Don’t see it at all. He’s not a ten or a 9. Think he likes the game in front of him.

    The Anfield wrap mentioned it being hugely incentivised. That sounds perfect from a club pov. Also shows Mo’s still fired up. It brilliant as although he’s not gonna go hungry if he doesn’t score, he could have seriously cashed in right now.

    I think one of Klopps super powers was keeping everyone engaged for the entire season. A proper band of brothers vibe for a season Only Endo who seems ridiculously professional can drop in and out in this set up and be good. Elliot Darwin Quansah Chiesa etc are all trying to prove a point when they get minutes. It’s worked this season but he needs more players he rates otherwise he just won’t play them.

    Weird watching a Manchester derby that has zero relevance to anything. Like a pre season friendly or watching Spurs v Fulham.

    We used to create loads of chances so even though he was missing them the tide would slowly change in games to favour us.

    I’d love to see more of Chiesa. He doesn’t seem to need others to create for him to make a chance.

    It’s weird how many chances Nunez used to get in games and now they’ve completely dried up. Other than Mo’s goals I’m not sure what a Slot no 9 goal looks like.

    I think this is very true. He looks like he’s managing himself right now. Wouldn’t surprise me if he’s carrying an injury as he’s been outmuscled lately.

    Mo in this form means we’re playing with 10. If he’s not scoring or assisting he’s offering nothing. Hard call to make tho.

    First 15 mins I was thinking that Slot had done well as we looked fresh again having looked completely dead on our feet before the international break. By half time i realised i was totally wrong.

    Be interested to see what he’s like there actually. Every time he’s on the pitch he’s getting chances off.

    Not good at all. Probably had a good 30 minutes and the rest of the time we were garbage.

    Is it too simplistic to ask a team who are struggling to make the simple pass for the next 10.
