For England fans the good news is that they weren't the first team to crash out of the world cup. No doubt Woy sees that as a positive... draw I reckon.. leaving a vague sense of futility going into the last game...

if he can't recover in time then woy may call up Flanagan - even he must have seen that England are garbage at right back - Johnson can't defend and nor can his emergency cover Milner. Milner for midfield and Jon for right back is the obvious choice.

So is England the squad with the most home based players? Commentator on the Bolivia game was mentioning how many players they had that were still playing in the country (10 out of the 11). go me thinking about the world cup - England only have Forster who doesn't play in England - is there any country who has managed to have every player in the squad still playing in the country? sigh... when does the real football start... ?? -

if you are going to start Welbeck then you might as well put him on Pirlo. its not like he offers anything else. -
yeah. just think - his tactic of nine behind the ball might mean that England don't run themselves into the ground in the first 30 minutes in that climate. his negativity might actually be a plus for England. of course the team is still screwed if they have to rely on him for ideas going forward.

all prices will go up this year. more money from the tv and also CL. its no secret that we are going to splash the cash - the selling clubs want as much of that as they can because the prices they pay for replacements are up too.
