Very well put together footballer, this lad. Was far more involved last night than I expected him to be. Stood up to anything they gave him. Starting to become one of my favourites. We've plenty of lads for scoring. He'll get some important ones, you watch.

I know it may sound like I'm moaning but half the time I don't think he's up to it. The other half he's just about capable. So robotic in possession and gives it away far too often. Then he puts a ball in like he did for AL's first last week and you think he has it. I'm very open to being very wrong.

Not his biggest fan by any stretch but you surely have to credit him for his performances? Every 3rd or 4th touch is Hendo, he's a big factor in our ball retention and when we do have a team boxed in he's the one at the back of it making sure the pay stays in their half. He's been very good in this role. Not perfect, but very good. Not sure there's many, if any about, better than him for this role currently. -
Foolish to be so critical of a 20 year old BUT once we got the 3rd he annoyed the hell out of me. The 'challenge' for their last (or 2nd to last) was a s*** out. He's very good though, I wouldn't want to be relying on him consistently yet. Sturridge would have been a big help yesterday.

Chelsea have Victor Moses playing Right Wing Back. We need to be a lot more positive as that can't end well. If Hazard gets injured or drops his level they'll struggle. Costa is still a yard dog. -

You can't replace this type of player. He's like Dirk Kuyt with a way better touch and a bit of pace. Had no idea he was ever likely to approach the level he's at now. As good without the ball as with it and for a striker to have this and his workrate is pretty unique.

Haven't seen teams this scared to play us since the 80's. They are paying us the ultimate respect. I also have a feeling we'll have a lot of joy away from home, where teams feel obliged to try and beat us as opposed to hanging in the game. -
