You're a thick one. Given the position of the camera the lines will appear to converge to a point. They wont be parallel. If we were looking at the pitch perpindicularly, then Johnson and Insua would be parallel with the lines on the pitch and the goal line, but the perspective offered by camera position doesnt show this. Not difficult mate.

Surely the idea of a club doctor is to care for the general well being / fitness of a player. Thus a GP is required. Of course, thats not to say that other specialists couldnt be retained as well, but its still likely that the head of any medicine based area of the club would be a GP.
