Really don't care about the medias view on anything but it is a story because of who was involved and the baggage he carries. If it was Lambert the panel would have made light of it, called it passion to score or some other crap. Think it was daft him being in the studio anyway when he's still part of the squad.

Well earned win in the end, thought they defended really well tbf, all over the pitch. Sturridge did my head in over the pen, he was a greedy get all game. Hendo has to learn to control those emotions in moments like that, his face said it all.

Me. Not sure they can be judged overall on their ability to keep hold of players intent on running deals down and squeezing them for every penny. The stadium issue alone is worth plenty of credit in the bank, after the dithering from Moores and then the texas chainsaw massacre

Not even thought about the owners for a long time as they've pretty much been off the radar, as they should be. Great to have stability and a tight running ship and the focus just on football again after the stress of life under the previous turds. They've made mistakes and will make them again but I like them and believe they're genuine.
