  1. ffs, stunning ball by Gerrrad, Maxi can't do anything with it. Wish Torres was on the end of that one.
  2. What? That's ridiculous. Aren't Feyenoord traditionally supposed to be one of the big boys of Dutch football? Mental scoreline.
  3. This is probably the best we've played all season. And still we can't score! Cole needs to do a lot more, he's been very quiet.
  4. It is hilarious, they're all going on how genius Ferguson convinced Rooney to stay. He stayed because Ferguson and the Glazers bowed down to his ludicrous wage demands, as Ferguson did with Keane and Ferdinand before. Stupid mancs really are blind to the obvious when it comes to old demento.
  5. So death threats made against him have convinced him to stay. Funny, the mancs always give us s*** about Gerrard apparently remaining with us only after he received death threats. Stupid mancs.
  6. Holloway losing his marbles. Disappointed in him for sucking up to Ferguson like this since I'd rather liked him. Completely embarrassing. FIFA and UEFA can't do s*** about Bosman rules since this ruling was made by the EU. So he's wrong when he says the authorities can get rid off the Bosman ruling. Liked his final quip though.
  7. Babel sucks, useless idiot
  8. That's not what I meant. I'm sure Rijkaard would jump at the chance but Pellegrini is also keen on the job according to his agent and IMO is a better choice than Rijkaard. Rijkaard has already got one team relegated, was sacked by Barca for some atrocious performances even though he undoubtedly had the best team in the world by some distance, and has been sacked by a Turkish team, who traditionally are the top dogs in Turkey yet still Rijkaard struggled. This is not the right appointment for us at this time. Pellegrini would be a better appointment, so I don't see why the club seemingly looks set to hire Rijkaard.
  9. Typical Italian football fans! They always do this, especially with English fans, and they always get away with it too. Unbelievable how often this happens and the authorities take no action. And the police just turn a blind eye!
  10. I'm worried about this impending appointment of Rijkaard. I'm sure he'll do better than Hodgson, even I could manage that, but I would much prefer Pellegrini, who actually wants to manage us.
  11. Why in god's name is this idiot linking our top striker with ManUre? He has never expressed a desire to leave and the mancs have not shown any interest in Torres since he's joined us. So why the f*** is Hodgson discussing the possibility of us losing Torres to the mancs??? I can't comprehend this guys negativity and defeatism. Wish he'd just f*** off.
  12. I hate Spurs supporters, horrible bunch of cockney inbreds. Hope Inter get 10.
  13. I agree Hodgson is not good enough and needs to be replaced asap. But I don't believe it will be the correct decision to bring Rafa back. Nor do I think he'd want to leave Inter, given they're pretty much the top side in Europe.
  14. Harry Redknapp says Spurs will be ready to make a move for Rooney once their chairman agrees. And re: Ferguson, the media is heaping sympathy on the old man for allegedly being betrayed by a 'wayward son'. Ferguson has done very well to make him look the victim deserving of sympathy. Where was his sympathy for the various players he ruthlessly got rid off when they were eager to stay at ManUre? Did he or the ManUre fans have any sympathy for BS supporters when they took Rooney from them? Nope. Yet the media wants us to feel sorry for the mancs. f*** them!
  15. No thanks, he had 6 years, quite long enough thank you very much. And I find this constant hankering for Rafa a bit disturbing. He's not a Messiah, there are other managers and we should move on. Listening to some people on here it's as if we've never had a decent manager before Rafa.
  16. Can the mancs be surprised by this? He ditched his boyhood team when he had enough of them, hardly surprising he would do the same to a team whose fans regularly sing of how much they hate scousers. Feguson looked devastated during that interview.
  17. The link to Man City is absurd. They have a far superior forward in Tevez who is on fire for them, why would they possibly risk his form by accommodating pie boy? City won't be interested.
  18. I've heard this crap from a few people now and I find it hilarious that simply believing that sacking Benitez was the correct decision warrants being called a "WUM". Take your childish name-calling elsewhere, this thread is for a proper discussion.
  19. I'm interested in knowing people's thoughts on Liverpool and potential relegation. I don't believe I've ever seriously ever considered this topic until this season. Can it actually happen? Is this just an early season blip? Will we be relegated unless Roy is sacked? Could we be involved in a relegation dog fight that, the likes of which Everton are usually accustomed to? I know people have been claiming we are doomed while Roy remains in charge but I usually have dismissed this as stupid hysteria from the anti-Hodgson brigade. Is anyone seriously concerned about the club being relegated this season?
  20. Ferguson only got rid off the other previous star players because they were past their best. Rooney still has his best years to come so Ferguson won't be selling him. Who does he replace him with?
  21. Well yes they should. Results have been totally unacceptable. But who will replace him? Seriously, who? I really can't think of anyone except O'Neil and I really don't like him. Kenny would be good temp manager while we get someone more permanent but having Kenny as long term manager would be a massive gamble.
  22. This entire team is utterly useless, I don't know why Torres gets singled out. In a good team he would be tearing it up. In a team where chances are actually created, he would be banging them in. Roy's boys are clueless. We need a new manager and a new playing personnel if we are to avoid relegation.
  23. Good effort from Raul. Pity we've rarely tested Howard otherwise.
  24. Yes they bloody well do and you know it. I haven't been here long but I see that most of the people here see Rafa as a Messiah type figure, which is why Roy gets extra hate thrown his way because he dared to replace the great Benitez. He does suck yes but some of the comments made about him are disgusting, such as the one about wanting him to die. I'm sure if somebody said that about Rafa last season when we were having some bad results people would be getting banned!
  25. Some of these comments about Roy are bang out of order. Get over Benitez, he's gone and rightly so. Not that this current manager is any better, mind...
