No, but in the bottom half. He bought Voronin. I'm sure Roy would admit to have made some mistakes, as rafa has also recently acknowledged to in his time at Anfield, they are an inevitable part of football management.
-
There's no need for that. Roy's our manager and is having a hard time, maybe as most think, cos he's not good enough, or for other reasons. Either way, IMO if you chant YNWA and understand the meaning it's time to get behind him, until our (zero to hero) board decide otherwise. Calling him names just makes you look childish.

This thread seems to contain a great many people who seem to think we should be playing great football and be in the top 2-3 this season. We are s*** because of a reason. And it's a great deal less to do with Roy than some would have you believe. WE are s***. The club has been run into the ground over the last 10 years ........... but now after 2 months of his stewardship it's all Roy's fault???? He is a new manager at a club in the throes of his darkest hour, with a playing staff that was below average way before he arrived. He signed a couple of dead weights yes, but when you have peanuts, most of the time you get monkeys. It's a bit sad to hear so many LFC fans tear into our manager in such a pernicious and petty way. I guess through all the pain and stress of G-H a few people have slightly lost sight of what's it is to be a reds fan. Shanks, Big Joe, Bob etc would be disappointed, gutted at our current situation. But they'd be behind the manager 100% and not be as skittish and frankly embarressing as some people on this forum have got.

All depends on which players are currently, or by January, unhappy with their situation and coming towards the end of their contracts. If this new bunch of Yanks has any sense they will only get involved in player swaps or loans, as firing off 20M on a player ready & willing to bail mid season rarely works out. Valencia will not let Mata leave in Jan so forget that in the next window, but in the summer maybe. A striker on loan, with an option to buy in the summer if he impresses, is I think our top priority. Who that is I've no idea. With luck in the summer we can conclude some sales/swaps which eliminate some of our outstanding issues and revitalise the squad to the point we can challenge for honours once again. Babel - L. Suarez - Ryan raps all the way home and we get a striker worthy of the red shirt and if needed the green one too! Lucas+Poulsen - J. Martinez - Water boy and his assistant move on and we sign the next Alonso (I know he's not that good, yet!) Ngog+Aqua - Mata All these deals would require some cash add ons, but I think are realistic.

lovin this thread New stadium cost = ? Redevelopment of Anfield =? I have a feeling if we even consider staying at home, the bitterz will be all over the Stanley Park site like a rash
-
LOL, you bunch of twunts

Good work fella. Empty Kop = most potent image of discontent we have at our disposal How much do season ticket fans love the club?, if it's not enough to boycott home games then YOU are part of the problem. My father, brother and I gave up our seats after having had them for 22 years. It's broken my ol' boys heart and made me an our kid very bitter. Time for every LFC fan to buy into the pain. Non attendance at Anfield, after having already paid for this years season ticket will be hard to bear, but no where near the pain levels we'll all feel if we don't now stand as one and say enough is enough. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/8986321.stm

Complete crap All refs can be c***z. Stop fukcing whining about it, buy a helmet, cross your fingers and have a couple of beers. Sweet jesus this forum has become so stale and predictable over the last few months.

Black. Not too sure the colour of mourning is an appropriate response. We're not dead, yet!, just being strangled. (b******s) An empty Kop at kick off against Chelsea. A simple white banner that says 'RBS, Do the right thing, ynwa' Now that's a potent image, that would been seen worldwide and deliver a clear message. Flood all the local papers with the idea, get an Echo journo interested, print some simple flyers promoting it for distribution at the previous home/away game. Oct 6th, is beginning to occupy too much of my thinking time.

Insua goes on loan and that indicates the ship is sinking??, I'd say we just became more buoyant personally.
-
Assuming Mascherano, Cavalieri and Insua go. Brain is too fried to think about the possible signings for what we clearly need LB/ST. GK: Reina & Jones RB: Johnson & Kelly LB: Aurelio, 10M, (Mavinga) CB: Carragher, Agger, Skrtel, Kyrgan; Wilson (Ayala) DM: Lucas & Poulsen CM: Gerrard, Shelvey & Spearing RW: Maxi, Kuyt (Amoo) LW: Babel & Jovanovic AM: Cole & Pacheco SC: Torres, 18M, N'Gog.

http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/latest-news/dirk-wants-to-stay-at-anfield Agents are money hungry brokers who will stir the pot for 'the good of a client', if not actually for the good of the supporters of any club. Dirk, like Stevie, like Torres, like Babel, like Lucas, Pacheco etc is going nowhere.

This thread should be put down by a poorly trained vet. One random story (regards a player who is a model pro, has never given any indication he wants to leave the club and who was one of the 1st players after Roy was appointed to give the thumbs up and indicate he wanted to stay at LFC) on the acclaimed Voetbal International website and you're all running for the hills. Hey I know, someone start another topic about the takeover. But call it, The Chinese are coming, to cook your pets. I'm sure within 2-3 posts you'll have someone calling the RSPCA and demanding action.

Shame. I think players with something to prove are worth their weight in gold and I reckon Aquaman would have done well for us this season.
-
Another month of this is going to break every single one of us at some point.

at last this thread takes a positive turn. Hobnobs, I'll do pretty much anything for 3-4 packets.

I don't mind the look of the inside, but the exterior looks pants to me. I'd envisaged a Colosseum style structure, built of locally sourced stone and ringed at the stadiums roof top with mist emitters and red spot lights. On evening kick offs the stadium would resemble a burning cauldron and I would imagine look quite intimidating.

These are the final acts of couple of desperate c#$ts m8. It was always going to get ugly in these days. Imagine, like I do from time to time, if you actually had your hands around Gillet's scrawny neck, or if you had freakishly large hands and were able to get a good enough death grip on Hicks. They wouldn't just go limp immediately. You'd literally have to squeeze the life out of them. You'd have a massive sweat on afterwards, likely have to sit down and recover your poise. (At this stage I'd be stood over their lifeless bodies screaming........, that's what you f#$kin get when you f#$k with my family you f$%kin chum guzzling c$%ts). Let's just fire up the bong, watch the first series of Archer on FX, play some Eve and wait for karma to work it's magic.

He is naturally left sided, good left foot of course. So, at the moment at least!, there's a chance maybe Roy will ask him to shelve his plans to play CB for a couple of seasons and make a bid for LB??? Finally, someone said it. Nice one.
-
I'd be happy with this lad at LB ............................................Pepe.......................................... ...........Johnson.......Carragher.........Agger..........Pranjic ........... ..........................................Gerrard........................................ Maxi.....................................Cole..........................Jovanovic ............................................Kuyt............................................ ..........................................Torres............................................

Well thanks I guess, I certainly appreciate your new tone I reckon we've all got better things we could or should be doing?, so in a way we're all wasting our time eh! Be as elaborate as you want fella, it's my choice whether to read it or get bored and move on.
-
I asked how much extra fee would be involved if the two players switched clubs. End of.
-
You seem to be very well informed, maybe this site should be called HassonySpeaks.tv Doubt it'd catch on mind!, but thanks for the infomation. Can you tell us all who Rafa's gonna sign?
