The problem is, when you combine the terrible press conferences which show just how out of touch he is, with the performances, with the apparent morale of the squad (Torres looked f***ing miserable yesterday, and played like s*** too), and a less than stellar dip into the transfer market, you have to ask yourself why is he there. The level of performance we have seen up until Blackburn, and to an extent Bolton, was absolutely shocking. I didn't think we played that well vs Bolton really, it certainly wasn't entertaining football, and I believe that the level of performance has dropped from last season, so I disagree with your point; he has made a noticeable negative impact on the club in his short period. The jury is still out on transfers, to fairly judge I suppose you would have to wait until he gets a transfer window where he doesn't have to sell, but so far his signings (overall) look f***ing 'orrible. And so I have zero confidence in him for the long term (3 year contract, isn't it?), and cannot understand why anyone would continue to back him. For the record, I hope he is gone asap.
