I agree, i'd prefer they had someone now to replace him, but it seems they haven't, and the process does take time. I'd imagine they are going to change the coach once, and do it properly, rather than faff about going through a pointless process of an interim manager, unless of course RH falls on his sword which is unlikely. This is the route of minimum disruption, and the most professional, were not dealing with the two ronnies anymore, it looks like we've got people who want to leave a legacy. and I don't think that the players are so thick as not to realise his days are numbered

can't see RH going before xmas now, the main danger Roy presented to LFC was signing another shower of aging gash in Jan. Now that is out of his hands, I'm happy- as long as he keeps winning. Unless Comolli had a manager set up and ready to go before he was taken on board, it's not going to happen soon, the ball is in RH hands to walk out or wait for the inevitable. As has been widely observed, NESV are implementing a new culture at LFC, the focus is on longevity, with this in mind I'd quite happily wait a few more months with Roy at the helm, to guarantee sounding out the best coach we can attract who can work towards the vision of the new regime and take LFC upwards and onwards. RH is a blimp, a mere pimple that is particularly itchy today, we need patience, he'll soon be gone
