Leaflets, banners and chants? It's all been done and will have minimal short term effect. I'm sure it gives those involved a shot in the arm, but in terms of forcing two ruthless LBO merchants out of a profitable football brand, it's small fry and nothing they haven't dealt with before. Maybe they need a high profile front man and a bigger push behind the fan buy out or approaching prospective buyers/partners. It just seems like we're going round in circles without any real practical solutions - something they can say to the majority, look, this is the alternative. As it stands it still has the feel of an stuffy working mans club.
