Their best investment would be a stadium if you think about it but I suppose there's no point of having a big stadium if your mid table and no-one bothers coming anymore (If i was over there I would go to every match no matter what, but I understand people who don't wanna go in bad times) The reason I was thinking Shelvey is that he was really tearing it up at Blackpool and I think that sorta confidence when your young is amazing for development. Also with Lucas comming back you have a whole host of central midfielders (Spearing, Gerrard, Adam, Henderson, Aquilani) I suppose it depends on how you want those guys treated (sold, loaned or shot etc.)
