I think it was right to set up defensively against man city, we didnt have the quality to outscore them, so we had to play to our strengths. A draw is a better result than a loss. A loss wouldve meant that we would've fallen behind city. I think tottenham have to play Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester united in the same 3 weeks.

at least babel is positive when he plays left midfield, he takes on players whereas aurelio just starts choking when he s faced up against someone and will play it backwards or sideways. Babel has pace and isnt that great there but aurelio has no pace and isnt that great there-i'd rather have babel there any day.

maybe there is something we arent seeing here, maybe the situation of the club is affecting the players, their futures at the club is uncertain.

the system has become too predictable for sides to defend against As you say with different personel it would be more succesful. However now, sides just target torres and gerrard, and no one else other than maybe benayoun can break down teams but he is played out of position on the left and he doesnt start as often as we would like.
